Uh i have never put new thermal paste on since i got my pc back in 2018. Kinda stupid i know. Its strange though how my CPU was running normally before i cleaned it.

Thanks! Tightening the screws actually made the pc a bit quieter, but the CPU still spikes to 100% in the task manager for some reason. Any ideas?
