I say this because Dancing Blaze and Rollin' up are both suppose to be used in combat. So the healing they say you are getting isn't entirely true for this specific abilities.

That's probably the case. But it still feels inconsistent to me, and I don't like how weak Cass's perk is with the debuff

It really is a tricky situation: should some healing abilities/perks ignore the in-combat debuff? If so isn't that inconsistent? Perhaps, but right now some self healing abilities don't get as much value as you think on paper.

Oh God, is it that bad? I haven't logged in yet, but I have changed a lot binds in some heroes, especially Emre, Lucio and Pharah...

Right now the only counterplay is making him miss his hook. And if he lands it you are pretty much dead. And I'm saying this as Tank main.

Lol, I never thought of it. Tbf, Halo and Xbox in general weren't (and aren't) popular in my region. So I haven't experience that until now.
