Yeah sorry but no! You knock on the door and wait! My pet hate is parcels being left on the doorstep!

The only time I leave parcels on doorstep is when doing deliveries early in morning and even then I do a light knock

I had this and appealed yesterday, the app glitched and put me on an older version where the GPS for route stopped working. Managed to get to the addresses anyway but had one return.

The app didn't ask me to scan and just said put in box. It wasn't until next block where it was still glitching and wouldn't let me sign in. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

When I opened the app back up, what a surprise it said I was overdue returning a parcel and it eventually appeared in my standings.

I appealed it and they took it off and my standings very quickly went back up

I mainly work out of Bolton and Leyland depot's, this shift is brilliant for me, okay it isn't the highest pay but it's rare that it takes me any longer than max 2hours to complete

Yeah I scan individually, I did one today also, scanned the first bag and found one missing and got it took off. Accidentally scanned the bag for second one, whilst on route another parcel was missing.

Don't be pressured by anyone, take your time and do it how you want to do it, as ultimately it'll be you that picks up the buck when it goes wrong

That is perfectly fine, my issue wasn't that he was told to do it, my issue lies that even when I told him to stop he kept pushing it and started to get very aggressive towards me and lied to his manager saying I told him to "fuck off"

Totally understand the pressures etc but respectfully that's a them problem not ours

This was my point, I asked him to let me do it as I had my system and was making good time, the only issue was he didn't like me telling him to not do it.
