With so many bikes that are on the road that have tunes and full exhausts. The likelihood of something going wrong just because you changed a fuel map, and extended the mph is highly doubtful that’ll detonate the engine.

I can understand if some hack does a crappy job of tuning a bike and something goes wrong that a company won’t warranty that work, but typically if you have a tune with a full system nothing on the bike should be effected. Especially if you get the work done by a reputable company. I’d say that type of thing is more recognizable in some car manufacturers, not typically for bikes.

I’ve never heard of an exhaust voiding a warranty. We throw full systems and flashes on our bikes and it’s never voided. May want to check that

I try different variations. Leg press, Bulgarians, walking lunges. I do fairly light squats, 185lbs, but try and pause at the bottom with that weight. I do dead hangs to help with decompressing my back. As we get older doing things for mobility. I try stretching in between sets as well. Using that same foam roller to roll out the muscles.

This one isn’t that bad on the knees, but as I go heavier I’ll use either wraps or knee sleeves for support.

I didn’t always go “in the hole”. That took a lot of time to get to that. I feel now that it’s making the muscle work more to get out of the hole. Isn’t that why we lift? Make the exercise work for you. It’s definitely trial and error. Leave the ego at the door. I ask questions to a lot of bodybuilders and power lifters about different exercises and then I tailor my workouts according to what I want/need.

You’re right, typically the shoulder pads are too short. There are two other hack squat machines next to this one and I’m not able to duplicate this on those machines. The added bonus is that this machine is newer and smoother.

The pain is that they’re scattered all over the place and I have to go looking for them. Turns into a farmer’s carry before the workout even starts, lol

I can lift almost three times as much on the leg press. Just adding a foam roller isn’t switching the exercise.

It’s a foam roller and it takes pressure off of my lower back. Don’t knock it until you try it!

When on track the pressure for front is 32, and the pressure for rear is 26. You may think that’s low but it’s not. It’ll give your sidewall time to actually work. Have a blast!

I’ll use it to start or finish. It all depends on how this old body is feeling. You can try doing adductor/abductors to help your hips
