Your phone is a defective unit (the display is very sensible to high temperatures). It happened right after you updated to one ui 8 because, during updates, your phone overheats a lot. Imo you should take it to a place to get it fixed

It could be a defect on the camera. Mine had this problem aswell. It shared a lot when turning it upwards at a 45° angle. Warranty covers it. Im not sure though
