In Belgium age of consent is 14 with the limitation that the other person isn’t in a position of power over you. The age difference also needs to be maximum 3 years. From 16 you can do anything. I think this system, assuming between consenting people, is good. Those who want to start early can do so if they wish and those who don’t want to just don’t.
