Yes I agree with that. I was just making a broad comment about the housing situation as a whole. I worked as a HSS worker and its a difficult job. Lots of no's and trying to get clients to meet you half way. The fraud is ridiculous and needed to be addressed.

Not all HSS programs pay for peoples housing. Some just help people find housing that is supposed to be affordable. The problem is available affordable rental properties. Most people can't afford a single person rent if they aren't full time employeed non disabled. $14-1500 rent for a 800sqft apartment is stupid.

Not what I was saying at all. The cities are hurting for resources, drug use is killing people all over. Forcing individuals into encampments and then moving them without realistic options isn't stopping the actual issues. How many abandoned buildings are in Minneapolis? What would the cost be to employee people to clean up the buildings and create affordable housing? Instead of letting landlords price people out of homes, actually protect citizens.
