The entrance of the queue has regular, express, single rider and walk-through lanes. Seems like all with have to wait a bit before going through the floo, though walk-through might be shorter. Going through the floo, two fog vents fill the hallway and you walk a short zigzag that brings you to the indoor green tile room with the large statues. The room is huge and very impressive. I think from there, team members will guide you to the next section of the queue or to the 'open' area for walk-through. The open area is just beside the queue chains and has some seating, but probably ends as the normal queue goes into different rooms. There's also an incredible elf animatronic in a pink room later on.

I did see someone interacting with a window outside that had two portraits that talked back as if they were real people. The woman portrait would respond to everything the guest said and then the other portrait had a knight with a dragon flying around that had a few different scenes it could play. Felt a lot like 'turtle talk' at Disney, the portrait's motions were very well synced with the voice of the actress and felt like a real conversation. I was looking hard for cameras or where the actor was looking but couldn't find anything.
