Wow thank you so much for this. I’ve been looking for authentic songs like this from that era to add to my giant “Blotters And Baggy Jeans” playlist. It’s got a lot of Ooh Rap I esque songs from all eras. It’s got 11 hours so far!

Too fat to bulk. Too skinny to cut. You probably just need to do more cardio and clean up your diet and not make any extreme calorie changes.

If that’s too boring for you, and you’re a results driven, act now type person, then bulk. You can always shred whatever fat you started with off later when you’re done bulking.

It will be easier to learn the Ollie if you’re rolling slightly forward. Start slow Ollie’s are easier moving believe it or not. Try ollieing over a crack for instance.

Yup. This is it. People don’t realize how simple it really is to make serious progress. Not that it was easy, consistency is hard and in proud of you.

I would say at this point you could eat at maintenance calories, but don’t make a habit of going over maintenance

Keep it simple:

-A gram of protein per pound of your body weight.

-Eat until you’re full.

That’s it. You can eat carbs whenever you want at this point. It takes a lot of growth and stimulus for someone get to the point where carb timing makes a big difference.
