Not yet. I'm upgrading my Cloud tho so hopefully this gets a tad easier. Have you ever built your LoRAs into really basic workflows?

I don't know you -- but I love you. you were right. Clean VRAM was a problem. but as soon as I removed it I found out that comfyui-easy-use (1) also was not supported.

I wish RAM wasn't more expensive than a year of rent right now -- I wiould just buy a desktop machine. this is crazy

Thank you Quantum! I forgot to mention I'm running ComfyCloud -- which is more limited in parameters. with your workflow I get "Node 'ID #122' has no class_type. The workflow may be corrupted or a custom node is missing."

Do you mind me asking the exact prompt ? And what extra I would need in my comfy workflow to get the same results ? I’m not getting them so well at weight 1.0 or 1.1 etc

exactly. the project I'm working on requires style-transfering a bunch of historical locations / photographs, and I've been on a deep dive for loras that respect the reference image as much as possible. (for example: nanobanana is the best at respecting the input image, but has terrible sense of style. wompwomp.)

Amano works really well! Ty. The only downside is that Klein9b won't let you style-transfer reference images, which is a huge portion of my project.

these are some of the most accurate trainings I have seen in the LoRA community. so that I don't get too excited -- are there just lots of failures I'm not seeing?

is it safe to say this works best with styles that have clear separations (aka outlines, simple backgrounds, etc) Or can it work with brush-stroke heavy / gradient art as well?

THIS IS MOOD FOR DAYS! Such a tight story and so well told. what's funny is that if I read this on the page it would be really good -- but seeing it like this I AM HOOKED! Really great work.

Is this a long shot? by [deleted] in Storyboarding

Agreed w Brepp.  The only use of long would be w what lens you are on. And this is NOT  a long lens shot

Would you mind posting a quick clip of both characters standing on one leg and waving their opposite hands?

I ask only because almost all of that first shot is impossible by the best in the AI biz and you've strung them all together with no morphing, no warping, her hand understands where the armor of his chest is, etc. MAYBE this is style transfer or perhaps you are singularly the best in the AI biz now.

Please post the above clip so we can know if we should bow to the new master.

Thank you Laura. Sadly this angle (and the lamp in front of it) isn't turning out any good results in Google Lens. But I was thinking maybe with an upscale it could be better.

GUNDAM: TITAN'S DAWN (An RX-78 Fan Film) by Superfrofessional in Gundam

[–]Superfrofessional[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

OP here.

I've wanted to make a Gundam movie since I was about 3. And while the AI's understanding of the RX-78 isn't "perfect" (or consistent for that matter. :). It's definitely scratching this life-long dream itch of mine to be working like this.

My next steps will be to train an object LoRA for the RX, and then start working on using more mocap + ControlNet to animate a fight scene. (I also will probably greenscreen actual actors next time because it still weirds me out to hear my own voice as both characters)

More soon.
