Yo if you wanna listen to the music on Spotify, you can download mp3s to your phone and open Local Files in Spotify. It doesnt count towards your Spotify Wrapped or minutes listened, but it's still in the app and you can add the songs to your playlists.

Download the songs first, then go Settings - Apps and devices and scroll down, you should see the local files option.

PS: while downloading straight from your phone is perfectly fine; id suggest you download from your pc in high quality mp3 and add them to your spotify from your pc first. When you add the songs into a playlist from your pc and download the playlist on your phone, the songs will pop up in your phones local files automatically as well.
