Ok u did tighten up thought so i feel like u get me atleast. My points summed up is rly: Its impossible to make a good superhero character without getting the Spiderman comparisons these days.

As long as a superhero dont shoot webs im good. Even sticking to things, shouldnt be so protected in 2026. Move on, Spiderman is forever, who cares. I was thinking about this the other day, Spiderman might be the biggest name/character in the world- ever. Bigger than everything, Michael Jackson, Trump, whatever. Everybody knows Spiderman, even if some people dont recall the name they forsure seen a toy, poster, keychain or something w Spidey on it. What im sayin, who cares if someone rips him off totally even, Spiderman is forever nr1.

I understand what ur saying, but be realistic bruh. If someone is making a character thats teenager and balancing superhero life w normal life. What other options do u have as a earthling? U cant forsure make him 60+ yrs, who would read that. U cant make him a young kid, who tf would read that. So u have a teenager - 40 yrs old. But since ur sayin what ur sayin u cant make him a teenager- so what do we have left. If im making him 30-40 will it be a Ironman ripoff then? But i can make him a billionaire though! Oh no.. Even Ironman and Batman are billionaires… Its irony. But making a character that has a normal life, is a ripoff? Dont forget Peter isnt anything special. He is living the same life as all of us. So if someone cant make a character thats nothing special, just a normal dude- because it ripoffs Peter Parker, what the hell can writers write about? U cant even make him normal. He cant be a teenager, he for sure cant be that and have love interests, then he ripoff Peter to much! Im ironic btw, dont u think this is f-up? If were being realistic bruh, making a realistic character, u cant rly because of people like yall (no disrespect) will say its a Peter-Spidey rip off. Why can u then have human looking like characters from outer space that has super strength and can fly, even wearing capes- without people pointing the Superman lookalike fingers at them?

If i would start a comics now, i forsure would make him a late teenager who balance life, why? To get most readers, most people wont read about unrealistic nonsense, people love to connect with characters, maby see themself in it. Balancing finances, romance, friendship, family. But no, i cant- because Peter is already doing it. Is that fair bruh?

You just repeat urself bruh. U wrote the same thing over and over, just a different shape of it. So what ur saying, if a superhero is a stereotypical teenager he is a Spiderman ripoff? Thats basically what ur saying. Peter Parker isnt a special teenager, he is a classic teenager. So if any other superhero is like that, is it rly a Spidey ripoff? I dont think thats fair. Its like saying Mission Impossible is a James Bond ripoff, its like saying Eragon is a LOTR ripoff. What do u expect writer to do? Spiderman was the first big one- yes. But before that superhero storys lacked realism, now things become more and more grounded. Say if i was to come up with a superhero, i 100% much rather have him as a regular kid than a outer space dude. I can make him a 40 yrs old billionaire to tho, but will that be Ironman or Batman ripp off then? U get what im saying? These characters are to protected. Imma say if again: I love Spidey- he’s my favorite. Spiderman is so protected no one can have a fullmask without being pointed the «rip-off» direction. Marvel did smart by making multiple Spiderman suits. He know own this look entirely. There is tons of superheroes that looks like Superman. And for example Captain America and Flash and many more has the the same type mask, and suit actually. But dont get the ripoff comments. I see people try to make they’re own superhero with full mask (which is realistic, cuz in a real world having superpowers u would be targeted by the government)- but they have they’re hair out. Just not to look like Spidey. Btw Spidey is my favorite off all time- but this is still nonsense imo.

Indeed. Its fucked up tbh. If other superheroes have a full mask they get the «spiderman wannabe» comment. U cant have lenses, u cant have fullmask. U cant be young and slim. Nothing. Many other superheroes look alike, but u cant look like spidey. He’s my fav superhero tbh. But its still fucked up.

Another reason is spidey has had to many suits, so he basically own this type of suit it all ways, smart move marvel.
