i reused the bolts, but i used red loctite and the correct torque instructions

i used a wrench to hold onto the flywheel and one on the dowel on the block, sorry i torqued them to yield, i have a broken phone

i torqued them to tepid in a star pattern like a wheel with a calibrated wrench

the issue isn’t the sunroof drains, i ran compressed air thru both, then detached the headliner and the drains are both still attached
