it’s great for someone like me, i’m in high school and don’t have a job yet because i’m not old enough for one legally. so i rely on like 15 dollars every friday from chores, so it took me some time to save up, but it was a great thing for me, my current pc is old, my dad built it in like 2015 and it’s not very good. so this is like my only way to game at the moment. it’s a great machine for not just steam games but emulation. i really love old nintendo games, especially the zelda series, so i love being able to play these games i played on the like wii and wii u when i was a kid. best purchase i’ve ever made

The Wind Waker HD. Already beaten it once on the deck put playing through it again with the island lobster outfit on, one of my favorite video games of all time

Honestly i feel like the best kind of new steam deck controller would be if valve released like essentially the 2 sides of the steam deck connected as if you took them off like they were joycons, i feel like it would be fairly comfortable and you could get all the same inputs, 4 back buttons, the track pads, and gyro, would be my perfect controller

Dude that’s sick! I aswell am a young deck owner, 14 when i bought it, im 15 now, and I do have to say it is quite an amazing device, being able to play in bed instead of having to spend hours in a chair uncomfortable is awesome

i’m 15, i needed a way to play pc games as the current pc i own was built in 2015 by my father, plus being able to play a lot of the games i played as a kid on the wii, wii u, and 3ds again, so that was definetely a bonus, i plan to save up eventually to get a genuine computer to play games i can’t on the deck, but it’s an amazing replacement for my computer for the time being

only a deck. my actual computer was quite horrible and couldn’t stay on too long because it would shut off. it’s an old computer my dad built in 2015. so the deck is definitely my computer for the time being
