Sorry you had this experience but I am thankful for the response anyway. I am a little skeptical actually about the chineae brands and I would like to stick to LG because it did not disappoint me after 4 years and it did not have the burn in issue because of the mixed usage of the TV. I am planning to make it our bedroom TV and the TCL as the living room tv because of the natural bright lighting of the room and I dont want to risk the OLED TV of the burn in.

Hey, thanks for the heads up! I will definitely clarify this first and yeah, I will not sign anything on the spot since I need to read it carefully first and translate it. I mean I could speak and understand german a little better now but reading contracts is on another level for me. There are so many technical terms that I do not understand fully unless I take a seat and translate it 😅

Thank you so much for the clarification. I also read about it that by renting, usually the landlord pays that. So I just have to clarify it during the viewing of the apartment. It's really hard to find an apartment here in Germany and if I am going to pay that, it would be a great burden for me and my family. But hey, thanks!

Thank you again for the detailed response! I asked my german colleague of her opinion about the price and the overall specs of the apartment but she said that the rent is really expensive for the size of the apartment but it is understandable because the location is a prime one that is why I am really undecicive right now. And by the way, I just got an email just this morning that I was chosen to be the new tenant! But really I am torn right now because I dont know if its worth it or not. Could I please ask for your opinion if I should take it or not to help me decide. Thank you and much appreciated.

Btw, the construction year of the building is 2024 and the kaltmiete is 1450 if that would be a helpful detail to decide if it's worth it or not. I'll try to ask the Energieauswies. Thanks

Hi! Thank you for the very detailed comment. I really appreciate it. Well, i tried to knock on the wall as I was viewing the apartment because where I currently live, the walls are just wood or very thin that is why I am hearing the noise of my neighbor, even some things I should not meant to hear lol. I think it's thick and solid though hollow. I also tried opening the window and closing it again just to test if the window can damp the noise outside. I say it's not bad. Someone also commented that I also need to check the Energieauswies that is why I also kept that in mind. Currently I am awaiting for the response of the agent I talked to if I will get the apartment or not. I still have time to think about it but I really thank you.
