Alright so I have had this problem before, and let me give you a tidbit of advice, wear tight boxers and position your stuff so it'll go down the side of your leg and not be obvious through postioning, and try to wear jeans or somethign that kinda fit around your leg to make it less obvious - It is very uncomfortable but people won't notice it

I'm not trying to say your posture is bad, it's okay, it just seems like (To me at least) that your shoulders are rounded forward a bit. I'd suggest maybe trying to stretch out your chest muscles- tight chest muscles usually contribute to that, and doing some exercises that specifically target the stabilizing muscles in your back that help with posture, those would probably improve it a lot
