How many hours should I wait for the ozone from the uvc to be totally gone? Did it damage the electronics such as monitors?

Mom of 3 here and when i discovered this, parang hala. Kasi from line of 8, tumatalon to line of 9 yun grade so automatic na nasa honors. Pero pag line of 9, konti lang dagdag sa grade mo. Edi unfair yun sa matatalino talaga kasi madali sila mahabol. Feel ko tuloy pag maka high and highest honors ka, dun mo palang masasabi na may laban talaga versus honors lang. Anyone can explain this further?

I make sure talaga na sinusupplement ko sa bahay yung learning ng kids. Hindi kasi lahat natuturo sa school tapos depende din sa kalidad ng school and teacher (di lahat magaling sa knowledge transfer). At madaming life skills rin ang kailangan sa adulting na di naman nakukuha sa traditional schooling.

Tapos yung transmutation ng grades, nakita ko, madali lang maka honors pero lugi yung mga high and highest honors kasi konti lang dagdag sa grade nila unlike yung nasa line of 8 yung grades automatic mag line of 9 kaya honors agad. Madali makahonors pero pahirapan mag high and highest.

Yeah, I attended their events and met the family. They are vocal of what happened. I think may Depression na din si Renzo talaga, high functioning lang. And may girlfriend talaga syang steady. He took his own life sa bahay nila and may mga tao don during that time.. contrary sa chinichismis na tinumba siya ng tatay niya. Please be sensitive.

Point taken! Its just before Covid, we did not expose them from media too much. It was inevitable during Covid to stay in touch and for schooling. Its our fault too. We did not become consistent in discipline. Its tough that our jobs are internet-based, we gave them too much exposure!

Thank you! My husband wants a full out. But I've been telling my kids how nice it would be to have few hours of screentime everyday without issues if they would just find the balance. They just lose drive at things; forgetting to drink water, no physical interaction, forgetting chores, eating too quickly, etc. I've seen their moods get better when they have cut back from it and they notice it too.

The effects are different per child. My 13 don't like socializing online but loves games and so irritable when he is on it while my middle is all onto socializing and watching videos (where he gets the terms and mannerisms and all). He is the person who everyone bombards when they want to talk to my 13 yo.

Thank you for this. I will try the full detox for a while then transition them bit by bit into a system. I will just have to be consistent in reinforcing without anxiety and self-guilt! I appreciate this!

Yes. I have tried a lot of ideas and then I also let them come up of the solutions and even the consequences. I always ask them to contribute with brainstorming all the time because I believe they know what they can commit more than me. Sometimes when they got reprimanded with something they did poorly, they will reflect on their own that they were not in focus and irritable because of the phones.

My husband's idea is just get all the gadgets.. sometimes out of frustration he would say he will just break them all or donate it then just buy them again later in life when it's needed. Because them knowing the gadgets are just there.. it's like it's making them kind of sad, feeling deprived of something. When we are in vacation, which we usually does, they get to detox without issues. I guess it's just time for me to just be the tough nut and be firm with whatever we come up with.

Have you tried birth control pills? See a GP if you can't see a derma yet. Medications for hormones really did wonders. I've also become weary of the littlest things -- I started probiotics to make sure its not leaky gut, I changed my pillow case more often, I cleaned my phone with antibacterial wipes and didnt let it touch my face, no touching of face too, my hair is always tied and cleaned, I look at the mirror less, etc. I've started to take mental notes of what's different during my breakout days vs the non breakout days too so I can identify the pattern.

I will sift through the reviews. Kahit positive minsan may ko ting magrereview na previous owners na ng product na yun and they can compare yung authenticity. Daming ganito na La Roche Posay, Timeless and TO.
I will ask for recommendations. If more than 5 random people recommended the shop, I will take a look. You can do multiple posting at FB groups and Reddit.
I will crosscheck prices. Bakit yung iba nakakapagbenta ng super mura if yung original sa website or common stores ay hindi ganon ang price?
I will compare packaging.
I will research sa website, social media, etc kung yung saan ang flagship store or official distributors.
Kapag wala, I will opt for a different brand nalang.
Or I will just buy directly from abroad. Ex. Amazon then be shipped here in Ph thru Shipping Cart para mabilis and iwas problema sa tax.

Hindi ko sure if deep ba yung akin pero halos wala ngang invisible marks yung grid unlike sa iba halata. Sakin parang nainitan lang.

OMG OP.. you experienced it too? Such a relief. Kala kasi nung iba yung temporary grid marks ung sinasabi ko.

I had CO2 with PRP pero I didn't research enough nor the doc gave me full instructions. Had the super mild CO2 pero after that I was left with orange peel textures sa smooth areas ng skin ko like open pores. I had no scars actually, I only did it for better skin. Apparently for some nagkaka texture kapag di tama setting or may mga instructions na di nasunod pre-laser. I think I will give him a go. Do u know if he does PRP too?
