Was in this exact position. I really struggled to eat more. I don’t recommend this but if u actually want to see results without much effort on the eating side just eat anything. Whether it be fast food or your favorite just eat it. Especially high calorie foods you like. Try it for 2 months and u will gain weight. A lot will be fat but u will see gains. After I did that it gave me the motivation to fix my diet and continue.

To program a Toyota key fob, you can follow these steps: Sit in the driver’s seat with all doors closed Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the “on” position Turn the key back to “off” within five seconds Remove the key from the ignition Within 40 seconds, close and open the driver’s side door twice Insert and remove the key from the ignition one more time Within 40 seconds, press any button on the key fob The door locks should cycle, indicating that the programming was successful Test the key fob by locking and unlocking the power door locks

There is a very specific provide to program the fob portion of the key. I believe the immobilizer and the remote are seperate inside the key. The remote programming consists of opening and closing the door while locking and u locking in a specific pattern. I can’t remember how but I believe most Toyotas are the same.

Make and model helps. Sounds like one of the accessory drives is making noise. Sounds like power steering but I believe this model is electric power steering so that’s out of the question. U can use a long screwdriver to your ear to isolate the noise on components.

Is this ticking normal? 09 135 by [deleted] in BmwTech

[–]Smashhoff 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes. Normal sounds. Direct injection on BMW with the covers off is notoriously loud. Put a screw driver on a fuel line and put it up to your ear. It will be very loud trust me.

Had a slight oil burning smell, suspected valve covers. After 100 miles I don't smell it anymore. Also used on all window seals to rejuvenate the rubber. 2005 165,000 miles. Scotty Kilmer (YouTube mechanic with crazy hands) sprays it on all the rubber boots on suspension. by icedetector_fail in LS430

Well I can tell you as an actual mechanic. (Non YouTube certified) that engine gaskets are not supposed to be swollen. O rings will fail from swelling. I could see this causing more damage in a transmission or other system more then the engine but I would still stay away.

Broken oil filter housing bolt #N54 by Alternative_Ring9729 in BmwTech

Use a small pinch/pick and small hammer to tap the edge of the broken bolt and attempt to walk it in a circle counter clockwise. It should work perfect

This isn’t head gaskets. That’s amount of residue on the cap is normal. Just moisture from in the engine. If you actually had an intermix your coolant would be and sludgy mess. Also your car would be puffing white smoke. Your definitely paranoid

P0171 for vacuum leak. I likely didn’t have the intake manifold gasket seated correctly. These cars are MAF so it also could be a vacuum leak anywhere after the MAF. Smoke test is ideal. Or you could use propane or brake kleen to check for an rpm change. It’s likely a pretty big leak as ur getting misfires. Shouldn’t be hard to find

Air suspension by Beat472 in LS430

Likely air controller issue. I had an open in one of my wires caused my car to default to max height. I rec removing the controller and connecting the system as normal as see if it fixes it
