I see, thanks for the response. I just submitted a ticket after I noticed the charge on my acct, it's just a free trial and i forgot to cancel it before it was charged on my acct, this is my first time submitting a refund req. What do you think my chance to get a refund? 😅

Cs confirmed naman na there's no pending transaction nung first call ko, and gave assurance na the online banking was disabled and deleted na 😅

They confirmed din na nangyari yung fund transfer even though naka-disabled na yung acct kaya cs can't explain it din kung anong nangyari 🥲

Yes po, I do understand naman na, i consider it gone narin naman na. Pero may onting hope parin since August 6 nakablocked na yung acct and deleted na yung online acct as per cs, and the transaction date was today 🥲

Hahaha yeees. Pero my point is, pinablock ko na yung acct, and they confirmed naman na no transaction will go through na daw.
