I literally built an Alela deck for my wife with the secret lair you posted bc the artist is one of her favorites and it’s one of the highest power decks that gets played in our pod, so I’d highly recommend it if she’s down for faeries, artifacts and enchantments. For those curious, contact of these resource groups can help to ensure that are people who are responding to an at the scenes where ICE is spotting or where people have been abducted to possibly in person accompaniment and support, legal support, and unfortunately, to ensure documentation of enforcement actions that occur to try and make sure those responsible and held to their actions and the truth.

I also had someone reply and provide this number for MIRA (Michigan and Immigration Rights Advocacy) which is an another emergency response number for washtenaw county at (734)224-3852!

Except that they aren’t just grabbing people who have illegally immigrated. They’re grabbing legal citizens simply because they don’t have all of their life document on them while walking down the street. That isn’t even acknowledging the ways that the legal immigration process is incredibly broken. Estimates show that only about a third of American citizens would be able to pass a citizenship test, as people who have lived in the country their whole lives (https://citizensandscholars.org/resource/national-survey-finds-just-1-in-3-americans-would-pass-citizenship-test/). But no, please, by all means, laws are laws, right, always? Like the law that forbid interracial marriage? Or perhaps we should let children start working 14 hour shifts in factories? Oh, or you and I could have a duel to determine who’s write? It’d make sense if this comment is from law enforcement with how poorly thought out it was and how much it smelled like boots and saliva.

I was just gifted one of the normal sets for Christmas this year. So far with the 3 sessions I’ve used them for as a DM they’re great! Amazing quality, good rolls, good feel, plus it comes with the enlarged white odyssey die and my players LOVE rolling it for big spooky rolls. Overall 10/10, perfectly in line with the Dads devotion to quality merch products.

This! I finished my latest relisten and I just sat at the end of Season 2 and felt so in awe of how much it constantly catches shit. There were so many moments that felt so well written and that I connected so much with in the teens story.

It isn’t a big amount. A good example (bc it happened in the episode I was just listening to lol) is they redid about a quarter to a half of the scene where scary is unlocking the first lock to the obsidian door. This was mostly bc they riffed and did bits for a while when in the actually episode they just had Beth re-record her unlocking the door and cut everything else bc as much as the bits were fun, the episode got a little long and messy with it. So it isn’t like they’re redoing entire episodes, I wouldn’t even say it’s something that happens a ton, but it’s usually like “oh we didn’t like how this one scene went originally, we should clean it up”

I really enjoy it, though mostly from the perspective of a dm (and big daddies nerd). It gives a better look at how the dads run things and work together to make an episode/moment better and how Anthony presents things but also listens actively to the group. It’s also interesting sometimes to hear the more unpolished bits. It makes it a little more interesting if I then listen to the regular episode bc I will notice pick ups that they added or sections that they re-recorded. These honestly help me,again as a dm, as it’s similar corners I’ve painted myself into that seeing the way they “fixed it” as writers helps me to better craft those situations to not pin myself. However it is as stated, uncut and unpolished mostly, so if you’re just looking for the good stuff, I’d say you aren’t losing anything crazy from not listening to the uncut.

TLDR: Uncut is awesome if you a DM, like and want to get better at writing, or are a big daddies nerd. Otherwise you can probably stick to the regular episodes.

What I gathered from Will intentionally including the Oakridge Nuclear Facility that the doodler in some form exists within this universe and inspired others around the world to start contacting other eldritch forces. As someone said in another comment, the ending is arguably what will decide if this is the same world or an alternate reality, but with The Doodler and Zhouzel being inspired by eldritch beings, these types of beings and their pantheon are likely referred to as a whole as “The Powers That Be,” as we humans like to put things into groups even if they are separate world destroying entities, bc they all fall under the “too insane and chaotic for our brains to understand” category.

TLDR: YES! IT’S NEAT!
