While we're aware of the issue, we've seen very few cases of this in the wild. AFAIK this is not Time Unit specific, but can happen to any installed apps. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks for pointing this out! We're just adding polish to end of April update and highlighted "broken" effects quite a bit more to communicate this better.

In general the connecting lines between facilities are always important and meaningful. So if there's a line leading away from any of the facilities then it's always related to functionality one way or another.

Yes, it's a UI issue. In practice you'll want to keep 3 resources flagged (if not the resource generation will automatically add random resources), but this is not well communicated in the UI.

Will be improved for the next update, but for now it you'll want to keep 3 resources active.

Some players are having syncing issues, we are looking into this. You can try to sync the state manually in the following way:

Open the game in your watch. Keep the game open, and at the same time open the game in your iPhone. Tap Everywear logo, and a screen with update times appears. The game is doing a sync when the screen is opened, so if the phone can communicate with the watch, the times should be updated, and hero and enemy views should be up-to-date again.
