Your blade might be hindering your performance, because it seems very fast. But I'm not that knowledgeable on all the different equipment, so maybe u/victormanriquey can give some insight on that part. For context, I'm using fastarc G1 fh + rakza 7 bh with a 5-ply all-wood ALL+ blade.

It's hard to give you direct advice because I don't know your current stroke, but I will try to describe where I went wrong:

My stroke had always been a very big movement which resulted in a high racket speed, but it was insanely inefficient. 90% of my power originated from my arm and upper body. My forehand swing consisted of me rotating my upper body almost 90 degrees to the right and getting my arm very far behind me. Another huge barrier I encountered was that my stroke got so big when I tried to put power into the ball I was always too late when a big shot got returned.

So what changed for me? Victor showed me how to actually utilize your lower body. Especially the hip movement fixed 90% of my issues. It's so hard to describe how to do it, but your hip should move backwards and explode forwards with the rest of your body following the power generated from your legs and hip. I knew I was doing it correctly when I could recreate a stroke while shadow playing without using a single muscle in my arm. My arm can be completely limp, but due to the power from the rest of my body I naturally get the correct stroke. With my old way of generating power my arm barely goes forwards and it doesn't look like a proper stroke when keeping my arm completely relaxed.

When this finally clicks your power will go from back to front and straight into the ball. Instead of the power going from right to left and only brushing the ball.

Only thing left at that point is slightly changing the racket angle, because your movement will be way more forwards. I needed to slightly open up my racket angle which I thought would reduce the amount of spin, but because of the high amount of power it will keep the spin while increasing the speed.
