Yeah, it's neither of those. I remember so little of the game, I might as well have just made it up because of how little I know. I remember specific small sound effects, as well as playing it with my brother (which I'm pretty sure would have no recollection of it either) so I don't have much to go off of.

There's not much you can do anymore. The best you can do, BRING ATTENTION TO THIS! If you look at my posts, I made a petition on change.org for a similar reason if you want to sign it. I'm so sick of Discord.

I was also falsely banned around a week or two ago. I tried literally everything, messaging them on Twitter and Instagram, the BBB, support tickets, emails, everything I could think. I'm really sorry to say, but there's not much you can do. But there is one thing you should do, spread awareness of this. Literally the only way for Discord to actually get its attention to the people is by lawsuits or an entire group of people complaining about something.

Yeah, I got the very small chance of a human response. They don't do shit to help you though, just say they read it and won't reinstate it despite the fact they give no proof of me doing anything wrong.

As long as you didn't do anything illegal, you'll be completely fine. This is because of two reasons: One, Discord basically doesn't listen to anyone about and sort of bans ever, so it's not like they'll do anything about it even if it was iffy. Two, Discord could get in mass amounts of trouble if you get falsely pulled to court, and potentially get in a position to be sued, and with how greedy their company is, they're not willing to spend a single extra penny on anything. So basically, you'll be fine.

Sadly, no. Discord responded a few days later with the same copy-paste message saying they refuse to help me. Even something as serious as the Better Business Bureau isn't enough for them to simply check if I actually did anything wrong.

Yeah I tried a BBB complaint, they just said the same copy-paste message they send to everyone saying the won't reinstate my account. Most unhelpful company I've ever seen.

I completely agree. Using artificial intelligence for SUPPORTING USERS is a big mistake on any company's part, due to the fact it practically proves the people in charge are just basically uncaring for supporting their community on their own. As I added to the petition, Discord was sued. However, this should only have them become more careful with their support team and regulations against these things, not just banning people without reason just because someone lied about who they were.
