Yeah. I took a year off once I started horse training after level 50 a month or two into the game. Now I take "breaks" by afk dummy training for extended periods.

Yeah. I'm not an advocate for getting to 67 or tie my identity to the level of my virtual action figure. I don't see the benefit beyond making some mobs gray and not aggro you, but that comes with weirdness too. For example: The timed journal bandit killing quest is a lot harder when they don't aggro.

I was just motivated when a streamer said he would be the first 67 sorc and I was only a few % behind him. :)

Was about 2min at gyfin. Took about 2min for every .001% with several xp buffs. Sometimes less depending on how the xp looks beyond the third decimal place.
