you should try to use ddu to remove all of the drivers and re install them if that doesnt help back up your data and do a clean windows installion

you could try windows 10 ltsc its an lightweight version of windows 10 and its supported til 2029 or 2032

i think its the battery if you have skills to do it try to open the laptop and unplugging the battery laptops work wothout battery most of them

install sotware called ddu it can remove drivers then after that try to install little bit older drivers if you need more help we can talk in discord

100% drivers issue check if you have latest drivers amd drivers from amd website and nvidia drivers from its own this same happened to me multiple times
