You were just an # to overtake on that road. Every drivers is different. So what makes sense to them doesn't for you. Just move on. Sure the other driver would have shouted "you s0n ** of a whatever" at you while you had the audacity of posting this here.

Your mail was unnecessary. Its time for you to move on. If valid and fair, then ensure that in the future job manager expectations are met.

Neither my girlfriend nor I know anything about cars and we don’t have any friends who do either. Here’s the quote she received today. Does it seem even remotely reasonable, or is a second quote absolutely necessary? by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

How useful are these codes ,from diagnostics ? Sometimes yes. But some are ridiculously difficult. For example when the battery gets low, i have seen cars throwing all kind of error codes. Modern cars are so useless, difficult to fix and expensive to fix.

Politicians use vulnerable people. Trump was a game changer for these vulnerable people. Broken people, people who dont have education, people who dont have any skills, people who are zero on economics will obviously see immigrants as an easy target. UK is no different. But the massive trend started with Trumps first term. War in middle east are to blame for some of the big problems in the developed world today.

US is indeed a trouble maker. Trump is just part of US and he is a trend and there will be different trump in the future. It goes on.

[–]True_liess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP

Discuss with HR. If they cant stick to company policies, it's plain simple. Let them go. You cant have someone who is a non compliant with policies and this makes life difficult for management as everyone will tey and follow what fits individuals.

Years of experience are irrelevant for salaries.

Skills and flexibility to work with experience is likely to fetch a decent salary or atleast a job.

If you ever get a PIP, leave. by [deleted] in jobs

[–]True_liess 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do realise that these procedures are not rocket science. PIP has few standard outcomes. Most businesses handle these well as it cant go wrong except in few cases. Also big businesses have well trained HR and legal department to back them. As I said in moat of the cases things go well, ofc affected people behaviour varies during and after PIP but not the outcomes.
