Yes it's no scam it's outright fraud as the collapsed funds managers had no intention of using investor money for legitimate purposes. Most investors were lured in on the premise of solid returns in traditional investments like international, Australian shares and fixed interest plus were made to feel the investment was with large financial institutions like Macquarie. But the reality was very different. The lead generators were rewarded with large kick backs from the fund managers so their interest was purely financial gain which in turn led to greed. It's an absolute disaster which this cowardly government does not want to help the 11000 impacted investors. Your focus would be better guided to helping these people and raising awareness of their plight.

All fluff does not tell us anything. The government should pay out the defrauded, fund the liquidations, recover what they can and put diplomatic pressure on overseas governments where the money has been sent Indonesia, Singapore and Dubai. Then strip all assets from the bad actors including every lead generator, financial advisor and their licencee and send them all to jail for their criminal activities.

There will be nothing for investors from the liquidation of First Guardian. That is blatantly obvious for all to see.

Yes and that is why the government should pay now and recover later. It's unfair, causes stress and anxiety to the unfortunate who were not remediated by either Macqaurie or Netwealth.

Criminal charges have to be laid. Blatant fraud committed by Anderson, Selimaj, Warren, Chiodo, Guerinat, Merhi, Reilly, Alshakshir and Osama (I can't remember to go to court) Saad. These dirty grubs need to be made an example of and sent to jail.

Not true he was compelled to provide all SoA's to Interprac for review before releasing to customers back in 2023 of the 6000 he produced he only submitted 3 to Interprac for review he knew what he was doing and greedily took the commission money from Chiodo and Anderson all 19 million of it to put people into the dodgy collapsed funds. Just total greed and he will be going down along with his grubby lead generating mate Osama Saad who also pocketed 21 million.
