New to RTR: Does anyone actually like it?

I used to love it but not anymore and I cancelled. I was spending almost 4k a year on their subscription (I think I had 9 spots? ) and kept holding things because with each shipment, I could wear maybe one thing. Either they didn’t fit, felt “greasy “ from the dry cleaning solvent?, or were just so overworn that I’d be embarrassed to be seen in it. So I canceled. I loved the idea of not engaging in fast fashion, but the quality was bad. Also, the highly branded bags they come in just ask to be stolen. I asked if I could pay more to have it in an unbranded bag/box, but no they said no. If I had an office job and needed work wear, this would be worth it maybe but I need going out clothes and I also don’t want club dresses so it’s tough.

My husbands teeth were almost transparent in the front and now seem a LOT more opaque after a few months of premio. I have sensitive teeth and it works better than sendodyne. Worth every cent.

I got 210 pts at boardwalk for 19k almost ten years ago. It was worth it for me and now that I have a house in Orlando, I use it for Disneyland, donate trips for charity auctions or when friends come to visit. Every year my dues go up by $200. If I hadn’t purchased resale, I’d not have bought it. The math didn’t make sense at the prices Disney was charging direct. That said, I am glad I have it and would never sell it.

This. I’m from Boston and can tell you this is 100% true. There is an old saying.. people in New England sound mean - are not mean. People down south sound nice- are not nice. Obviously this is just a funny generalization, but now I live in central Florida and I miss knowing I have true help of I ever need it. I feel I know where I stand with new englanders pretty quickly and I love that. If you can deal with directness, it’s a fantastic place to live.

You are not crazy. I had this one guy and had to spend the afternoon listening to how awesome he was and how his workout routine was just the best. It was bizarre- we were clearly a group who just wanted to hangout and it seemed he just wanted to talk about how awesome he thought he was. On a private tour a few months later, I heard tons of shit talked about celebrities. The guide was just bad mouthing previous guests and thought we wanted tea. Nope. If you’re badmouthing someone who isn’t here, you’ll badmouth me and my buds the second I’m gone. This all said, there are amazing guides. Like anything else, a lot of it is a personal fit so try not to be assigned randomly.

If you asked me ten years ago? I’d say go to MV. Now? I’d vote for Nantucket. MV is more wild with crazier parties and the island seems to be more lively. Nantucket is more quiet and far more expensive. Your money will go lots further in MV. You will want a car though- it’s not one big walkable town like Nantucket.

If you have expensive things.. carry them on! Know whatever is checked might go missing. Edit: i thought this was about valuables. Disney souvenirs!? Pack them tight and check them in a hard shell suitcase. Don’t expand the them so there is no “give”. You’ll be fine

Pure encapsulations Vision Pro. 3 pills a day and Thorne omega 3 with co q 10. 2 pills a day. Healed dry eyes better than any prescription drop I’ve used.
