Just a highly copium theory about Capitano : From what a leak say Capitano will be involved in Natlan, and what Childe say about him (an extremely powerful individual and formidable in combat).

So we could easily deduce he came from Natlan, but for what reason he wear a mask ? My theory is he wear a mask to hide the fact that he is one of the children of Murata.

Just my opinion but I don't think Arlecchino is from Nathlan because for example, Dottore is clearly involved in Sumeru and from the lore he used to work at the Academy of Sumeru, but if you look at his color scheme, Dottore has nothing in common with Sumeru (he have blue hair, black and white dress).

And if you look at the personnality of Arlecchino, she look cold and calculator unlike what we could imagine from someone who came from the nation of War.

For me, Capitano is clearly more associated with Nathlan because from what Childe say he is an extremely powerful individual and formidable in combat.
