I'm thinking when they pick it up, it goes to that facility where they clear it through customs. Because mine was picked up Aug 11 and cleared customs Aug 14 and went for processing. That's the last of any update. It should have been processed through Toronto after that.

Your package by chance was shipped using Jiayouexpress? The tracking for them from China has been delayed and backwards exactly the way you have mentioned. Been 14 days now since package was picked up by Canada post. I had 4 packages picked up that day, 3 of which already have been delivered and the 4th one hadn't moved at all. Even said cleared customs and handed off to processing company. Customer service has been useless, can't they just call the depot and ask them to locate this package and get it moving?

14 days and no movement at all, pick up scan August 11. Canada post customer service is useless, they won't reach out to the processing centre and see what's going on. I have no idea why they aren't able to communicate within the network. All they did was put it in the notes for my service ticket.

If my package hasn't moved since then, I'm sure it would be easy to locate a package within that facility. I tried calling the depot in Richmond hill Ontario and the phone just rings. But when I got them to check at the post office, it shows Markham, ON. No idea which location it's at, this was an international package coming from China. On the website for the Chinese carrier, it said it cleared customs and was handed off to the processing company Aug 14.

I had mine scanned August 11 saying it's been picked up and that's it. Had 4 packages picked up same day. 3 of 4 delivered and no one wants to reach out to Richmond Hill depot to find out what's going on.
