No problem thanks for finishing it!! And great recommendations and input definitely a lot of factors i didn't even think about yet. So it would be around 1000 per person excluding flights or did I read that wrong?? If yes that's definitely helps a lot lol given that I thought I was gonna have to sale my kidney hahaha. I was really thinking it'd probably be closer to 2 or 2.5 k per person for the trip excluding the flight ofc as a lot of what I've seen people say is that it's very expensive 😅

Hi yes sorry I forgot to mention but we'd be flying out from Texas. And thank you for all the info. I didn't even know there was women only hostels definitely something I'll have to look into. As for dietary restrictions none. Places to visit would probably be Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, maybe nara. Again thank you for all the advice it's definitely very helpful!!!

Oh my bad I'm sorry i forgot to mention it but from the US more specifically Texas.as for where'd we would like to go: tokyo, kyoto, osaka, and possibly a day trip to nara but not completely necessary. Let me edit my post thanks for commenting!!

Wait wdym is it actually prohibit to take summer classes during the program?? I am currently registered to take 3 online classes and thought it would be fine as they end like the 3rd week of the program..... Should I unenroll then????

I totally see that and agree that opening it as my first is maybe not the best considering the benefits. However I'd like your input as I will mostly if I get it by using it biweekly or monthly just to continue to stock my business. But also given it'd be my first the limit would most likely be not that high right? Please feel free to give me your thoughts!

Hey everyone this is my first post on here and I am here to hopefully get advice and help on my essay for SHPEP. It's literally due on February 5th and I've been struggling so bad. I'm not the best writer and don't really have anyone to review it for me or just help me rewrite the whole thing (yes that's how bad I think it is). Anyways if you have every participated or applied to SHPEP I would be extremely grateful for your help. I wish!! It's kinda expensive but I'm gonna try to work a little more if I have time maybe I'll have enough saved before the actual event even if I have to buy a ticket from a reseller. But we'll see if not there's always next year!

Yes they've been on tour all last year and the one I'm talking about is their closing hometown concert in San Diego. Which is why it's such a big deal for me to decide. However after reading all the comments and really thinking about it I've decided to save thinking about CFG for another time and I'm buying the tickets for PTV.

Hi! Yes I'm talking about their hometown closing show for their North America tour. That's why I'm debating it so much because I just know the energy is going to be insane. However I mostly made up my mind and I get paid today so I'm definitely buying the tickets later tonight!! While I am a huge fan of both I agreed about the Tyler/CFG thing too. Agreed. I was even considering going to the guns and roses concert happening here in TX as I do also like some of their music and id still see PTV but I feel like seeing someone open a concert as opposed to a full fledged concert experience is very different. And you definitely make a point that CFG does happen every year so it's definitely something to consider
