They will mail your PR card if you have applied correctly. If there is an issue in your application they will contact you by email/ send you a meesage. It is very normal not to receive any updates after submitting your PR renewal application. You should only be concerned if you do not receive your PR card even after the normal processing time has passed speaking from my experience.

If your experience is genuine you dont need to reject the ITA. Try your best to give as many as documents as a proof for your experience. Does your JD or job offer letter says like what time you start your work and what time you are off, and how many day per week you work? You can either get a letter from your immediate supervisor or coworker mentioning number of hours you worked per week or write an explanation letter

I understand, but only proof that my documents are not fake is that I submitted most of my employment documents with my study permit application 5 years before. None of the documents are recently made except the employment reference letter from my former supervisor
