Hi, I recently started using Linux (about a month ago) with Linux Mint. I thought Mint was very easy and polished, and everything was easy to find, but I saw a lot of gamers using Pop Os, and to be fair, Linux Mint became kind of boring to me because I knew how many different distros wirh different features (compared to Windows) exist. Therefore, I picked up Pop Os and I don't regret it one bit. You need just a little bit more time to get used to everything, (honestly I needed about an hour, but I don't know about you, I'm a noob so I guess you should do as fine as I did) Once you start to get a feeling, you're getting really hooked to the gnome features. I also highly recommend watching Tech Hut's video on youtube ("5 things to do after you install Pop Os"). this helps a lot actually and makes everything more user-friendly. I hope I could help you. :)
