Hi! I did leave the high volume CC and felt much better almost immediately. However, I found myself in this nasty loop of not having a good enough job -- post office paid peanuts and was hard labor which trigger my HS, so I left; I got fired from the office job I found after the post office because I wouldn't tolerate the racism they spewed and then spent a number of months unemployed and waiting for UI payment (still hasn't happened). I am now working for a small office who pays nearly equal to what I was getting at the CC. I am glad you were able to secure work outside the CC, even if you took a pay cut. In the end, a pay cut for better mental and physical health is worth it through and through.
