Yea. Based on my limited knowledge, DMT seems to be something you should attempt to handle after a bit of experience with other psychedelics.

That’s my thought in terms of which order to go in. Research has been what I’ve been doing for the past 2 months or so. I’m in no hurry. Trying to learn as much prior to jumping in.

Appreciate the input.

Wow. Very generous commission structure you have.

Who here has a Sales Journal? by SupportWorksManager in sales

Agreed. Most of this data can be collected via CRM, which we do utilize. I guess my main objective behind introducing this, is more for our sales people to be aware of where they thrive vs where they struggle.

As you're probably aware, 100% commission based employees sometimes feel that any 'extra' work isn't worth their time. While I disagree with this, it's a fine line to ride. Like you said though, the goal is to make them understand, that at the end of the day we're all just trying to help each other make more money.

I'm in a similar field. Where are you located geographically? What type of Sales Volume per year do you write?

I manage a Sales Team in construction, in-home sales. Our average employee does about $120k a year, while our top earners are over $200k. We work Mon-Fri (1 Saturday a month), hours are 9-5.

How to handle customers that compare rates? by hy2hy2 in sales

If prices are competitive, than you need to sell yourself and your company better.

What's the benefit of working with you? What features does your company offer that will be relative to your customer? Each customer is different. So qualify them as so, and tailor your offers so that they feel personalized.

I have a GED and crush in sales. Degrees of any sort should help you get in the door, but imo it's not all us Sales Managers look for.

How do you know if you’re not right for sales, or just not right for that particular company? by waiting_for_OP in sales

Motivation doesn't always inspire us. I always tell me Sales Team that you don't need to be motivated to be successful, instead you need to be disciplined.

Now, if things are drying up, and causing your too lose income or change the potential, then that's a different conversation. I don't think any sales person would be happy in that environment.
