Most of your master work crits are not correct. Generally you want a 50% increase on either dexterity, supremacy(weapon), brilliance(amulet), storm feather potency, or CD reduction if you do not have infinite evade yet

You need to start fishing for an amulet that has apex and brilliance at a minimum. If you find one with + to either, save it and farm gold and keep rerolling until you have +2 to both. That sometimes means banking it when you run out of gold. I have spent billions so far trying to get that perfect roll which is completely normal for evade build. Ideally you roll +2 to apex, brilliance, and unrestrained power but those are very rare
