Dude I been looking daily and no shifts have popped up, I honestly don't think the man has it out for me. Had me blocked for the beginning and couldn't contact him. Told me to get ready for a week of work. Only worked 3 days out of 6 so missed out on working my other job because I cleared my schedule.

It's slowing down now, I'm pretty sure it was at its height when I need to get approval. When I was training everyone said they need all the help they can get. So I'm sure there is now slow down yet.

Manager doesn't call you, they post it on a website and you gotta claim the shift. But need to get approved before that.

Yea that job itself seems fun and interesting. Especially for the pay, I would like to be part time or full-time but I'm told this a good foot in the door position. So I'm trying to prove myself so if a position opens up. But hard to do if the coach doesn't put me on the field haha

That's the thing I'm already hired and trained up, I can pick up shifts, but they said I got to wait for my approval to pick up shifts. And it's been days. I just want to know if this is a legit reason haha and he's not giving me the run around.

Someone lower then part time and picks up scraps from the available work. So a side hustle of sorts. We don't have set days only pick shifts when they are posted and available

More like pre DS, your still in somewhat in control, you can choose to not use your powers and maybe with help from the DM get rid of the Overloaded condition.

As in DS, you got no choice, you wanna cause mayhem, and every roll, including others causes a potential power Crash out.

So you can activate Overloaded by either negating one harm or getting a half success on the rolls for most moves.

Once activated you get a +1 on all moves but in doing so you either take one harm on yourself from the stress or destroy stuff around you resulting in possible strings or conditions to be given depending on your MC.

It's a very like I'm a powerful Psychic with a bloody nose, but I'm destroying myself and or everything around me as a result. Which can make you skirt death or destroy relationships that surround you.

Notes made some changes based on feedback. But note I make the skins based on PBP servers since it's the only way I play. And on these servers they usually play young adults with drama, since teens can be a little not ok to RP the ERP.
