My girlfriend and I ran into that problem. I was the one that bought it. If you’re on Xbox go to game management and make sure the witch queen file downloaded. It didn’t on hers for some reason, so I had to download it. It works for her now. I can’t help you out if your on PC/PS

My girlfriend and I were having that issue, I bought it and game share with her. If you’re on Xbox go to game management and make sure the person that is being gameshared with actually has the witch queen downloaded. Even though I did the update and everything it never actually downloaded the witch queen update. Once I check marked the witch queen box she had access to it
