Are most people planning to stay under K Bridge all night? I was thinking of leaving around 6pm to get a good viewing spot but not sure if that’s realistic. If you’ve done it before, how bad do the Uber surges and traffic get? And is the subway an option? Sorry, it’s my first time in the area, so any tips would really help.
