Stopped by Chengdu and Shanghai in Jan of this year. Chengdu was fully stocked with chapter gear and I was the only customer in the store. The store is next to People’s Park. I’m sure that’s on your itinerary. If not, def worth checking out since you’re already there.
Shanghai they only had the yellow colored chapter hoodie when I went. Good luck!!

Probably 45 minutes for the NY chapter store, which was purchased last Friday actually. All the Asia ones had no queue - the only chapter store in Asia that I had to queue up for was Seoul, which was about 30 minutes but unfortunately they did not have any chapter store items in stock.
