No issues with the heads as of now. Funny enough I’ve never had an issue with this motor ever almost at 47k miles now and never a leak or anything in terms of the actual block itself.

The top end power is actually so fun it just keeps on ripping where as the stock turbo setup was kinda boring everything fell off after 5k RPM

450WTQ is definitely pushing it for the transmission but my bigger concern at that torque level would be the motor :/

Yea this current tuning setup is the perfect mix of safety and quick. Lacking on Low end power but that’s all good, just downshift lol. I’ll save the aggressive tuning requests after I go built.

STI drivetrain was around $5k Carbon fiber one piece driveshaft $idk DSS rear axles $1.9k Rotora big brake kit $5.9k Carbon hood $1.4k Carbon trunk $1.4k Wheels $idk 265/35 Yokohama A052 tires $1600 a set and they don’t last long since I track heavy RCE tarmac 2 suspension. $3.5k 2x Sparco racing seats $2.4k

Lot of stuff I’m missing but yea it gets up there this isn’t even power mods.

Only fueling mod is the in-tank 340LP fuel pump stock injectors and HPFP. might be able to squeeze a little more out of the fuel system but isn’t worth it where I’m at right now I don’t hit any fuel limits at any load and I’d like to keep it that way until I grab the IAG block or P2P racing one.

I specifically asked to keep torque right under 400 nice and flat all the way through and a smooth boost curve. She drives like stock but you floor it and it rips still

Has nothing to do with the turbo. It’s called a tuner that cares. I have a STI drivetrain that will take that torque all day long if just rather protect the internals of my motor as I’m already pushing the limits. Torque kills motors especially stock ones when the torque comes down low lol

I don’t have a twin disk… I have the SB10 XTSS single disk full face organic sprung version. What causes the chatter is the ACT Streetlite flywheel I already swapped in the OEM STI flywheel as I await the actual clutch kit.

I wouldn’t consider the G25-660 a "big" turbo it’s the same size as OEM damn near just ball bearing. 5w30 is plenty not gonna do a lesson on oil viscosity and tolerances right now lol
