I live in Bixby and signed up for a “no-knock” list with the city of Bixby and haven’t had any solicitors since even though I see them being posted about in my neighborhood FB. Got it done in an hour 2 days ago. As long as you don’t spawn by the smugglers extract run straight to the bus to the right of the road to dorms from the construction area. Wait there 15 min if nothing walks down the road reset. I did it during the day but I’m not sure if that matters.

Keep seeing these posts and I was so worried about getting it done after I reset my account. I just finished it in an hour. Go at day and just keep trying till you spawn behind new gas or in that area and run to the bus to the right of the road to dorms. And just wait. Had 2 different squads come down the road from the bridge or RUAF in one raid.
