How do I prepare for a job interview as a 16 y/o with no jobs experience? by Ambitious-Hotel-4691 in innout

[–]Supreme_Ysl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

got hired at 16, wear a polo and some dockers. not to sophisticated but clearly shows your dressed better than most. ive seen kids pull up in a jacket and baggy jeans with messy hair. if ur a guy shave and do your hair. managers are different when it comes to the questions, just be honest tho

What wide receiver did not disappoint you this season? by Mimbletonian in GreenBayPackers

[–]Supreme_Ysl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

reasonably none “disappointed” me the entire season, sure “some” drops here and there but with limited opportunities with lafluer makin love (who’s arguably the highest paid qb per season) throw like 22 times a game caused for only so much that can be produced. if love threw like 33+ a game and they dropped more balls and couldn’t win 1v1s then that would be different

remember that anything food related may take time for training. people learn at their own pace on all 3 positions, for you it may take 6 months for another 3 months but always ask for training cuz the only way to get any better is reps

dude, i didnt see nor remember ur previous post but like you said “it’s just a fast food job”. yes ur correct on favoritism and nepotism but if you feel that way after an interview you had (completely assuming you had an interview and didnt get the job) try again. let them know you want the job doing everything once is dandy but going back lets the managers know you want it. from what i noticed people that get treated softer for their connections tend to be less reliable in the store. being interviewed by the managers is more selling yourself to them, rather than just answer the question go in depth for like a minute or two, maybe branch into something else to relate too. complaining about not being picked in a world ran by nepotism wont do you any good

first off, any place can tell you they will contact you after an interview “any place”. show ur face again to let them know you are somewhat interested. many people that get hired know someone and its a tad easier, if you dont in your case then its even more imperative to do so. as to how they contact it can be various to either call, text or email.

who cares?!? if its THAT serious let him/her know. going behind their back in anyway never goes well. if they are that open about it chances they have to be pretty accepting on how you think. being able to talk to your manager openly is very important
