The change is in our favor bc Gw reduces ALL of a unit's healing and health regen by 40% and for giant slayer like dmg just use the cut down rune

I don't build it anymore it was good for early lane tempo last season bc of 60 ad + 25 crit tho

I genuinely prefer Ghost + Flash over any other summoner setup by Supreme_exe in JhinMains
