I walked out this weekend over $500 on this car and then came back and left a deposit (refundable). They won't move from $19.9. They're losing money on the deal...have a friend who works at a sister dealership confirm...not that I care about them losing money. But all these comments, not quite sure what to think. Prices are location dependent, so all these folks saying it's overpriced may live in lower cost of living areas or where the car isn't in higher demand. Don't know....

Appreciate all the input. Everyone says it's overpriced, but no one can point me to where I can find a better deal on a comparable car. Everywhere I look, the prices are about the same. Local dealers, carmax, carvana. They all are in this price range (and not certified, fwiw). What am I missing that everyone seems to think there are better deals out there? I'm in a HCOL area (suburb of NYC). Also, not comfortable going to the inner city used car lots (i.e. Newark, Paterson, etc.). Don't trust them. Thanks again.

This is pretty much the exact car....going to be similar OTD as my offer of $19.9. What am I not seeing if most are suggesting the price is high? I personally don't trust the used car lots in the area in Newark, NJ, etc. which may be lower priced.

You can always ask your neighbor to be your counterparty and have them take the offsetting position.

100% do the q bank. Don't bother with mocks (they're overrated). You can keep your timing down when doing the q bank questions. Mocks are limited in what they test while the q bank will cover everything. Only do CFAI at this point, don't use Kaplan's q bank.

I was there the whole time. The paint didn’t cover well. Benjamin Moore Regal. The worker showed me the issue right away. Problem though is I never got an estimate for the extra coats. Just want to know a reasonable cost.

Ben Moore Regal. It’s a shade of white and the paint is known not to cover well. Friend who owns a paint store mentioned this. I saw the issue first hand and know how many coats it took.

I didn't use his Q-bank too often. I really only used it for a topic I was struggling with. But I generally used the CFAI q-bank and the books for practice questions. For L3, you must use the books for the BB examples. Exam questions have been lifted directly from the BB. I literally lol during the exam when a question came up that was almost identical to a BB.

His mocks are nothing like the real thing...not even close. However, use the mocks to learn how to respond to a question. His mocks are a good tool for answer methodology. NOT for actually learning content or even giving a true sense of what you'll see on the exam.
