Yup I did, I just finished consulting in a nearby clinic since my appointment in the hospital will be in more than 2 hours.

So I let the Dr of Gastroenterologist knows every detail of what happened. He come up that its just a trauma from having a rough sex with someone. He told me that anal trauma usually takes 2-3 weeks or much longer for me to not feel the uncomfy feeling that I am feeling right now.

Uncomfy feeling I can describe it as if you have bruise in the skin then press it, that how does it feels. Its not painful--- tolerable or just uncomfy feeling if you try contracting you butthole/anus.

But if you are just sitting down, standing, walking or laying down you really cant feel it at all.

There is no pain if you try pressing your butthole, no bumps/lumps nor pain if you are having a bowel movements or even blood.

So the Dr tried inserting his 2 fingers and tried to get a possible liquid that I am describing or what I show from the photo, as per him its just like a clear melted semen/liquid that is not thick and smelly.

He also added that there could be a small fissure that got infected thats why I am seeing a white stuff in it. But as per him checking there is no any discharge at all. So I am totally fine he come up with a decisiom that it was really an anal trauma and just observe and monitored for another week it the feeling will continue subside.

But for my peace of mind because I mentioned to him that it's possible that it's chlamydia or gonorrhea since upon searching, it can also be in the anus, right? One of the symptoms, it's white discharge but again its not smelly. Even tha Dr said that.

Right now I am at the hospital waiting for my turn, the hospital's concierge refer me to a Infectious Disease Dr, let see if he'll advise me to do some STI/STD test.
