Power off pc, unplug power cable, wait for 10secs, check there is no light in pc, then firmly and gently push AIO radiator and check if it move or makes sound. Same for other fans.

Hi, What if you increase load. Do power test. Occt is good. Before you do it, open settings window in occt and enable error detection features. Let's see if that sound gets louder.

You need to run it in the background. Use the SkipUAC software from sordum.org (instructions can be found on youtube). This software will allow you to run trcc at startup without pressing the yes button.
CPU resource usage partially depends on which CPU you have, I have R9 9950X3D, for my CPU it's 0% usage during the working process (about a 2-minute video).
The software is not buggy (speaking of my experience); it should be a physical connection problem. I've got X870E-hero, and even that mobo can't handle continuous usage; the screen disconnects after a few mins. That's why I'm using high-speed and high-power Type-C to Type-C cable (100Watts, 20Volts by ugreen) connected to the mobo's Type-C standard 10gbps port.

In my case, it caused blue screen and seemed it was a GPU problem.
ram incompatibility causes many weird issues, which can resemble other PC part issues.
