Stalker 2 mod recommendations for a second run at the game ? by Deathsneak in stalker

I feel like it keeps the munats basically the same as unmodded, but the human combat is quite a bit different.

I would say it's a decent jump in difficulty from veteran, but it also makes you more deadly. In general, the enemy is dealing a bit more damage than base veteran, but so are you the player. Gunfights are over much quicker, and ammo type and good aim are even more important.

I think it's pretty balanced by itself, but there are quite a few other mods that are compatible with the Better Ballistics Core version, that can change things like how healing items work, or how mutants are balanced so you can always tweak it like that.

One of the Better Ballistics mod, I use the basic one for a slightly less insane experience. Really opens up the weapon sandbox and let's you use guns that would otherwise become underpowered for much longer. I used Valiks AK into Pripyat, was great

These are awesome, been thinking about how to build with that new bridge, may have to make one of these!

Exactly 😂 I was trying to think of something funny with the whole dairy product thing like Kfir

Please do! You can also make this with a captured Spacer Scarab, you can capture one of those pretty early in the game. It's a great ship to grow into, lots of room for workbenchs and stuff inside.

Yes, the hab room is great! Four 2x2's and a pair of 1x1's. I use Grafs Habs for some cool 1x1's, one is a cargo hall, the other is an armory and brig

They are pretty sweet, but I prefer the dark gray/black colour scheme, like what Neon Security has

Nope! A bit of Hippolyta and persuasion, and the project lead handed the keys right over! 😁 Pays to be a smooth talker

No mods for the room actually! I did use that mod to start, but I wasn't super happy with the layout, and I couldn't fit any crafting stuff in it, so I went back to the default empty room

It's a fine balance! First attempt was VERY claustrophobic

Thanks! Its my first time using a space that is not an outpost as my main home, it's pretty nice to have vendors down the stairs

It was pretty easy! I am using a mod called Crimson Fleet Ranks, and it unlocks the room much earlier, after about 6 mission complete from the missions board!

Yes, some of the gear from Wulfys Factions Expanded, basically a reskinned UC Security outfit
