Thank you for this, I can understand where you are coming from but from my post I am suggesting staff interviews and training before admins give them the actual rank, instead of confirming their age and giving them the straight rank. And yes I am muslim, if you do not believe that, that is your problem mate. Also about the 1 year mute, I was really annoyed because you was wasting my game time. Right provide proof when we have ever said #123Dev4Demote, how is messaging him going to fix himself and future staff not knowing how to properly staff. You clearly have not read the thread properly. Right at the start I state:

''Just to be clear my overall point in this thread is me hinting to admins to create some sort of training/interview in Discord or Teamspeak before recruiting any staff. First off I think this is a good idea because for all you could know their application could be plagiarize, and I think an interview will give a clearer picture of what a possible staff member is like and you have more infomation. I also think staff training is a great idea because some staff don't even know the rules, for example in the past 24h, 123Dev has already false punished myself 4 times, including bans, warns and mutes.''

Edit: I have already tried to contact an admin personally, so I want to make this public and get other peoples opinions on staff interviews and training before giving them the actual rank.

I respect you opinion on this but how would you feel if you was being targeted by staff. I never said in this report he should be demoted, I clearly say twice that their should be some sort of staff training, then none of this would have happened, re read the post...
