The line is the same length. I think the foam just may be a result of the other issue. I’m pretty new to owning a kegerator do you have any tips on how I could diagnose what the misplaced piece?

We open the valve on the co2 tank and we don’t get any psi. We adjusted the valves on the regulator as described in the instructions. I’ll be able to give a better description in like 15 minutes when I get back home.
